New Shooters:
You are expected to be safe and responsible when you shoot
with Shasta Shooters.
It is to your advantage to be a member of Redding Gun Club -
it will cost you less in the end.
Bring the right equipment, including:
Handgun caliber 9mm to .45ACP
Holster that covers the trigger guard
At least four 10-round magazines
On-the-belt magazine holders
150 rounds of ammunition
Safety glasses
Revolver shooters:
Include speed loaders/moon clips for 42 rounds
Prepare by reading the rule book posted on this website
Be familiar with range commands
Be familiar with “the 180 rule” – nobody likes
to look into a muzzle
Safety is most important!
